Roast pork knuckle
This roasted pork knuckle is extremely juicy, has a beautiful golden color and an amazing aroma.
Ingredients
- 2 shanks pork
- 1 litre Beers
- 4 cloves garlic
- Salt, pepper
- marjoram

Thoroughly wash the pork knuckles, dry and cut the skin crosswise.
Peel garlic and press it through a press, then mix it with pepper, salt and marjoram. Rub the shanks with such a mixture. It is very important to cut the skin of the knuckle thoroughly, so that the spices better penetrate the meat and the skin becomes crispy.
Arrange the shanks in an ovenproof dish and pour beer over them. Thus prepared shanks put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. It is better if you can marinate them this way for 12 hours.
Later, bake the shanks in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 2.5 - 3 hours. Every now and then pour beer from the dish over them.
