Roast chicken thighs in oven bag
Roast chicken thighs in a pastry bag is one of my favourites. I love it because it's easy to prepare, which is a great help with everyday chores, plus the chicken thighs stay juicy and the whole apartment smells delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 pc chicken thigh
- 1 pc Baking bag
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt, pepper, red pepper
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 pc lemon

Directions
First, preheat the oven to 200°C. My oven is a little slower, so this doesn't take away from the cooking time, but always time it to fit in with your own cooking pace.
Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and wipe well with paper towels. This step is particularly important because it helps the oil to absorb, so the skin will be crispier.
Place the meat in the baking bag, drizzle with oil and season. Add a little lemon juice, turn the meat around so that the spices are all over the meat. The added garlic is particularly good for this seasoning, worth a try!
Tie the bag and place it in the oven. Make sure the bag does not touch the side of the oven, as it could melt!
Bake the chicken legs for 60 minutes. I usually flip the bag halfway through the cooking time so that all sides are evenly cooked.
Once cooked, open the bag carefully - it will be very hot! Serve the meat with your favourite side dish. My family loves parsley potatoes on the side.
