Red Cabbage Salad with Carrot
This simple and tasty salad is ideal as a simple and healthy side dish. Thanks to its high content of vitamins and minerals, it is suitable for everyone who tries to eat healthily and deliciously.

- 150 g red cabbage
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs white onion
- 2 spoons sugar
- 1⁄2 spoons salt
- 2 spoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 spoons olive oil

First, we prepare the vegetables. We clean and slice the cabbage and carrot into thin strips. We peel the onion and cut it into thin rings.
Then in a bowl mix sugar, salt, vinegar, and olive oil. Add the chopped vegetables to this mixture and mix well. Let the salad stand for at least 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
Stir the salad once again before serving. It can be served as a side dish to meat or fish, but also as a healthy and quick snack.
