Recipe for carrot cake with yogurt, without sugar and flour

- 180 g Of plain unsweetened yogurt
- 160 g of ground almonds
- 40 g Of natural sweetener

- 1 Yeast packet
- 1 cdta cinnamon

1. Step
First, preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Step
Continue mixing the eggs with the sweetener in a bowl until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the grated carrot, yogurt, ground almonds, juice with orange zest, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla essence.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
