1. Step

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a fork, prick holes all over the pastry to prevent it from puffing up too much during baking.

2. Step

Spread marinara sauce on the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.

3. Step

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

4. Step

Top it with thinly sliced vegetables of your choice, and pepperoni or sausage if using.
