Quick apple cake
I recently got some apples and decided to try a new quick dessert with them. That's how I found this recipe for \Apple Quick Cake\, which looked simple and could be made in just 30 minutes. And the end result was delicious.

- 4 Medium apple
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 2 pc egg
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla aroma
- pinch of salt

First, I preheated the oven to 180 degrees. This saves time on the baking time later. I peeled and grated the apples. It's important not to let the apples stand for too long or they will start to brown.
I mixed the flour with the baking powder, then added the sugar, eggs, vanilla flavouring and salt. I mixed well and then added the grated apple and cinnamon. I poured the batter into a pre-lined baking pan and baked at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. I recommend checking the baking of the cookies, as every oven works a little differently.
The cake is best served warm and freshly baked. Serve with cream, ice cream or even a sprinkle of icing sugar. Personally, I like to add a little vanilla ice cream on the side, which complements the apple flavours perfectly.
