Pumpkin Risotto
Delicious risotto with pumpkin
Ingredients
- 70 g Butter squash
- 40 g carrots
- 1 spring onion
- 1⁄2 Clove of garlic
- 1 spoon red lentils
- 3 spoons Cooked rice
- Ghee butter butter
- as needed milk
- nutmeg
- ground Scratch
- Parmesan hard cheese

We cook the rice separately.
Saute the onion in butter, add grated pumpkin, carrot, lentils, and crushed garlic.
Stir the mixture thoroughly, season it and pour water over it.
Simmer until soft, adding water as needed.
If the mixture is soft, we blend it and add milk and cooked rice.
Mix everything together, season to taste.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
