1. Step

Stir the yeast and sugar into the milk, then whisk.

2. Step

To the flour add the salt, the yeast, the eggs and the butter. Mix well, then cover and let rise until doubled.

3. Step

Mix the custard powder with the milk and cook until thick. Careful not to burn!

4. Step

Roll out the dough on a floured board, brush with the custard, roll up and cut into slices.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for another half an hour.

6. Step

Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
