Pudding dough with custard
If you like soft, crumbly dough and vanilla flavours, you've made the right choice. This cake is the ideal choice for a lazy afternoon with family or friends.
Ingredients
- 500 g self-rising flour
- 250 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g yeast
- 3 pc egg
- 200 g butter
- 2 package vanilla pudding powder
- 500 ml Milk for the pudding

Directions
Stir the yeast and sugar into the milk, then whisk.
To the flour add the salt, the yeast, the eggs and the butter. Mix well, then cover and let rise until doubled.
Mix the custard powder with the milk and cook until thick. Careful not to burn!
Roll out the dough on a floured board, brush with the custard, roll up and cut into slices.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for another half an hour.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
