1. Step

First, we prepare the filling. Cut the smoked meat into small pieces and fry it in a pan without fat for about 10 minutes. Then let it cool down.

2. Step

Peel the potatoes, grate them and drain. Then add flour and eggs to the potatoes and make a dough.

3. Step

We form dumplings from the dough, into which we place smoked meat. Then we close the dumplings and cook them in salted water for about 20 minutes.

4. Step

We can serve dumplings with roasted bacon.
