- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 a piece onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 200 ml cooking cream
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste

1. Step
Wash, dry and cut the meat into smaller pieces or slices. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the meat well on each side. This is very important for the juiciness of the meat and should not be omitted.
