Pork tenderloin with cheese sauce
Pork tenderloin with cheese sauce is one of my favorite dishes. The taste of meat and cheese complements each other perfectly.

- 800 g Pork tenderloin
- 2 spoons olive oil
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
- 150 g cheese
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 1 spoon butter
- garlic

1. Step
Cut the pork tenderloin into slices, salt and pepper them.
2. Step
Heat a frying pan and add olive oil. Fry the slices on each side, about 3 minutes. Then remove them to a plate.
3. Step
In the same pan, melt the butter and add the crushed garlic to it to achieve an even more intense flavour.
4. Step
Add diced cheese and cream.
5. Step
Cook the sauce until the cheese is completely melted.

Serve the pork tenderloin topped with cheese sauce and your favourite
