- 1 Piece Pork tenderloin (approx. 800g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 Piece carrots
- 200 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Pinch salt and pepper

Directions
For the pork tenderloin with Brussels sprouts vegetable recipe, preheat the oven to 200 degrees first and prepare a casserole dish.
Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place it in the casserole dish.
