Pork tenderloin in puff pastry
Perfect pork tenderloin with mushrooms in puff pastry.
Ingredients
- 500 g Pork tenderloin
- 400 g puff pastry
- 1 pcs onion
- 200 g cheese
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (wild or cultivated)
- 1 pcs Egg for rubbing
- salt
- black pepper

Salt and pepper the pork tenderloin and sear it in a frying pan until it is golden brown. Then let the meat rest.
Roll out the puff pastry and place the cheese slices on top.

Wrap the dough so that you wrap the meat properly. Then brush it with beaten egg.
