Pork tenderloin in a pan
Pan seared pork tenderloin is one of my favorite dishes. I prepare it often for my family and friends and it is always met with enthusiasm.
Ingredients
- 500 g pork tenderloin
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 2 větvičky rosemary
- 100 g butter
- salt
- Ground pepper

Directions
Start by cleaning the pork tenderloin of tendons and fat. Salt and pepper the meat. Put half the butter in a frying pan and melt it over a medium heat. Fry the pork tenderloin on all sides until golden brown. This is important as it will give it a lovely golden colour and retain the juices inside.
If you like garlic and rosemary, add them to the meat. I personally love them, so I use them at every opportunity. Once browned, place the meat in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes.
When the meat is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a while.
