Pork steaks in marinade
Tasty and juicy pork steaks soaked in marinade. A perfect choice for a family lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Pork cutlets
- 4 piece pork cutlets
Marinade
- 2 piece garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 PL soy sauce
- 2 PL olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

Prepare the meat and marinade.
Pound the meat to make it thinner. Season it on both sides.
In a bowl, mix crushed garlic, rosemary, thyme, soy sauce and olive oil.
Place the steaks into a bowl with marinade and marinate them for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
After marinating, fry the steaks on both sides in a pan until golden.
Serve with a side dish to your liking.
