- 4 cloves garlic

1. Step
Clean the pork slices and salt them. Finely chop the onion and press the garlic. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion with garlic.
2. Step
Add the pork slices and fry them on both sides. Then remove from the pan and let them rest.

We add chopped mushrooms to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and sauté. Then we put the meat back into the pan and heat everything together.
