Pork Schnitzels with Butter Potatoes

- special fine flour

Directions
Prepare flour, whisked eggs with vegeta, and breadcrumbs in three bowls.
Cut the meat into medium thin slices. Season and gradually coat in flour, egg and finally breadcrumbs.
Add to the hot oil with pork fat, add carrot slices so that our oil does not overheat. Fry from both sides to golden brown.
We will place it on a plate with a napkin to absorb the excess oil.
We peel the potatoes, cut them and cook them in salted water, then drain them.
In butter, fry the spring onion with its stems. Pour it onto the potatoes and mix, cover, let it stand for a while and we can serve. It tastes best with cucumber salad, I make it by peeling the cucumber, grating it into thin wheels, adding black ground pepper and salting. When the cucumbers release juice, I pour them with water into which I add granulated sugar, it must dissolve and I add vinegar, all to taste. Some prefer sweeter, some more sour. Mix and done :) Enjoy your meal!
