Pork Sauté with Mushrooms and Cabbage

Pork Sauté with Mushrooms and Cabbage

This recipe is from actor Vlado Müller. I've cooked it many times and it has become a favorite in our household. Serve it with some wine and it makes for a heavenly meal.

Directions

45 min.
1. Step

Cut the pork meat into slices and salt it. Put it into a glass container, add oil, soy sauce, mayonnaise and stir it thoroughly. We can let it rest for a few hours, but we don't have to. Put a little oil in a pan, when it's hot add the meat. Fry it for about 2-5 minutes until it turns white.

2. Step

We will add chopped liver to it, meat on the sides, liver in the middle.

3. Step

Add the cabbage cut into noodles, the leek cut into rings and also mushrooms either fresh or sterilized.

4. Step

We will wait until everything softens, we will season with soy sauce, add salt. If we want it spicy we add chili peppers, if with almonds we separately roast them in a pan and add them to the sauté. We serve with rice and a suitable drink for this is white wine.
