Clean the pork and cut into smaller pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in the oil until golden brown. Then add the meat, which you have previously seasoned with salt, paprika and pepper. Sear it on both sides at medium heat.
Then add the sliced mushrooms to the meat and sauté with the meat. If you think it might be missing juice, you can add a little water.
Finally, add the cooking cream, stir it in and let it simmer for about 5-10 more minutes.
