Pork Minute on soy sauce
Recipe for a tasty soy-based pork menutka, which I always make when I need something tasty and quick.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs Pork steaks
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 2 Spoons Rapeseed oil
- 100 ml Soy sauces
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 2 spoons With
- 1 Spoons mustard

Start by salting and peppering the meat on both sides and letting it rest.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce - in a bowl mix soy sauce, crushed garlic, honey, mustard.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan. Place the pork steaks on it and sear on both sides.
Once the meat is browned, add the sauce you prepared and simmer the meat on medium heat for another 10 minutes.
Finally, pour the sauce over the meat. This dish is delicious with rice or baked potatoes.
