- 700 g Roasted pork shoulder
- 2 cloves of garlic
- black pepper
- salt
- Parsley leaves
- 2 egg
- 2 pcs long bread rolls
- breadcrumbs

1. Step
Mix the minced meat with crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add a bit of chopped parsley, eggs, and rolls. I typically soak them in a bit of water, squeeze them in my hands, and add them to the meat. Combine all the ingredients well... how else but with your hands. I usually prepare the meat earlier and let it stand in the fridge for at least an hour.
2. Step
We then shape the meat into meatballs, coat them in breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides in oil.
