Pork loin in horseradish sauce
A tender, juicy pork loin served with a spicy horseradish-based sauce is a dish that has earned the title of a classic dinner. Ideal for a Sunday meal with the family.
Ingredients
Pork loin
- 1 kg pork tenderloin
- 3 glasses water
- 1 teaspoon salt
Horseradish sauce
- 1⁄2 glasses horse radish
- 1 glass 18% cream
- 2 spoons flour
- 1 glass stock cube

Start with preparing the pork loin. Put it in a pot, cover with water, add salt. Simmer on low heat for about 2 hours.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce. In a frying pan, on butter, fry the flour until golden. Add horseradish and broth. Stir until thickened.
Add cream to the sauce, stir carefully until the sauce is smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
When the pork is ready, remove it from the pot and slice it. Pour the sauce over it and serve.
