- 500 g pork
- 1 plechovka Tomatoes in sauce
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 ts vegetable oil
- 1 ts salt and pepper

1. Step
Cut the meat into smaller pieces and salt it. Heat oil in a pan and roast the meat until it's golden brown.
2. Step
Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the meat. Saute until the onion is translucent.
3. Step
Add the sliced courgette and a can of tomatoes. Stir everything well, add spices and let it simmer slowly under a cover for about 30 minutes.
4. Step
Serve with rice, pasta or bread. Bon Appetit!
