Mix the ground almonds, butter, flour, egg yolks, sugar and salt.

Shape 4 rolls, put them into cling film and cool in the fridge for 1 hour.

Cut the rolls into slices of 1cm. Shape the 'Kipferl' and put it onto a baking tray with baking paper. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
