Pickled Zucchini
An amazing recipe for pickled zucchini, perfect for salads, sandwiches, or as an addition to main courses. An easy way to add a healthy touch to your diet.
Ingredients
- 1 kg zucchini
- 2 l water
- 75 g salt
- 1 bulb garlic

Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick. Peel the garlic and cut it into slices.
Add zucchini, water, salt, and garlic to a large pot. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the salt.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the zucchini from the pot using tongs and place it in the pickling jar. Pour the zucchini with hot brine.
Leave the jar for 24 hours at room temperature. After this time, keep it in the refrigerator.
Serve as an addition to dishes or as a snack. Enjoy!
