Pickled Mushrooms
A recipe for excellent pickled mushrooms, which are suitable as a side dish to the main course.
Ingredients
Mushrooms
- 1 kg Small mushrooms (e.g. champignons)
Vinegar marinade
- 1⁄2 l Save the translated text
- 11⁄2 l water
- 2 pcs Bay leaves
- 5 pcs English mint
- 1 glass sugar
- 1 glass salt

Directions
Prepare the mushrooms by washing them and peeling the stems. Then cook them in slightly salted water for about 20 minutes.
While cooking the mushrooms, prepare the marinade. In a pot, boil water with vinegar, add sugar, salt, bay leaves, and allspice. Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
When the mushrooms are ready, drain them and put them into jars.
Pour the mushrooms with hot marinade, close the jars well and set aside in a cool, dark place for at least a week.
