Peking Cabbage with Sauce
A traditional Chinese dish consisting of Peking cabbage, sauce and several other ingredients. It is ideal as a light lunch or dinner.

- 2 Spoons rice vinegar

- 1 Spoons ginger

- 3 Spoons soy sauce

1. Step
Wash and chop the cabbage and vegetables. Peel and grate the garlic and ginger.
2. Step
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry garlic and ginger. Add chopped vegetables and sauté until the vegetables soften.
3. Step
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Add the sauce to the vegetables in the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
4. Step
We serve it as a side dish with meat, fish, or by itself as a light evening meal.
