Pear and arugula salad

1. Step
Slice the pears into thin slices, chop the nuts.
2. Step
Place the arugula on the plates, then put pear slices on it, sprinkle with nuts.

Prepare the sauce: in a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of honey. Season with salt. Mix everything thoroughly.

Pour the sauce over the salad just before serving.
