Pasta with tomato puree
Recipe for a delicious pasta with tomato puree that you can prepare for lunch.
Ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1 pcs onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 400 g Tomato puree
- salt and pepper
- Fresh herbs for garnish (basil, parsley)
- Grated cheese for serving

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Boil them in plenty of salted water.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onion and fry until soft.
Then add the crushed garlic and fry it for a while.
Then add the tomato puree, season with salt and pepper and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Drain the finished pasta and toss with the tomato sauce.
Serve garnished with fresh herbs and sprinkled with grated cheese.
