Pasta with pesto and tuna
Recipe for tasty pasta with pesto and tuna, which is perfect as a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- 350 g pasta
- 200 g Tuna in olive oil
- 150 g Green pesto (basil pesto)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g parmesan
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper
- olive oil

Directions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until \al dente\ (i.e. so that they are still a little hard).
In the meantime, prepare the tuna. Open the can of tuna and let it drain.
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan, add the crushed garlic and fry for a few seconds until golden.
Add the tuna to the pan and sear it with the garlic.
Cook over medium heat for a few minutes, then add the pesto and stir.
Taste and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper as needed.
Drain the pasta, but add to the pan while still hot with the tuna and pesto.
Add the grated parmesan, stir and let it simmer in the pan for a while to combine the flavours.
