Directions
Put the pasta to boil in plenty of water with a tablespoon of salt. Be careful not to overcook the pasta, it should be 'al dente', which means slightly \ropogósós\, not overcooked. It's just about ready to eat, but still holds its shape. This will make the final result much tastier.
Meanwhile, in a large pan, add a little olive oil and the finely chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown, stirring constantly. It is important not to burn the garlic, as it will make the pasta bitter.
When the garlic is ready, add the pesto and mix with the cream. It will be a wonderful, creamy and tasty sauce, topped with a big dollop of fresh basil at the end.
When the pasta is done, drain it and toss it in the sauce in the pan. It is best served hot, as this brings out the full flavour. Top with a little more fresh basil and you're ready to serve. This quick, simple but heavenly pasta is sure to impress everyone!
