Pasta with chicken and zucchini
Recipe for simple pasta with chicken, zucchini and peas.
Ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 500 g chicken meat
- 1 pcs zucchini
- 250 g frozen peas
- 3 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- Salt and black pepper for seasoning
- 100 ml cooking cream

Directions
Pour the water into a large saucepan, add a little salt and bring it to the boil. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
In the meantime, heat some olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped garlic and fry it gently. Then add the chopped chicken, season with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown.
When the chicken is done, add the sliced zucchini and peas. Sauté everything together for a few minutes so that the vegetables soften slightly but still remain juicy.
Pour the cooking cream into the pan and stir. Let the sauce boil slightly.
Finally, add the cooked and drained pasta to the pan and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
