Pasta from one pan
Recipe for mega fast pasta that you can prepare from one pan without unnecessary utensils.
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 konzerva Tomato puree
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup Chopped fresh herbs
- 1 kl olive oil
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- salt and black pepper to taste

Clean and finely chop the onion and garlic. Add olive oil to a heavy-bottomed frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until golden.
Then add the pasta, can of tomato puree and pour in the vegetable stock. It is important that the pasta is completely covered with broth.
Let everything cook slowly for about 20 minutes until the pasta is al dente and the broth is mostly absorbed. Add a little more stock or water as needed and stir regularly to keep the pasta from sticking to the bottom.
Finally, add the chopped herbs, salt, pepper and about half of the parmesan. Stir it properly until the cheese is completely melted.
