1. Step

Let's start by mixing the flour and salt in a bowl. Then slowly, stirring constantly, add lukewarm water. The dough should be firm and non-sticky enough, so if it continues to stick, add a little more flour.

2. Step

Form the dough into a smooth ball and let it rest covered with a towel for about 20 minutes.

3. Step

Then divide the dough into four equal parts. Roll out each piece into a thin sheet and brush it with melted butter. Stack the pancakes one on top of the other and roll out again into a thin sheet.

4. Step

Then heat a frying pan over medium heat and fry the pancake on it until it turns golden brown. Do not forget to turn the pancake several times while frying.

Repeat this with each pancake. Serve the finished paratha right away, while it is still warm.
