- 4 twigs of fresh dill
- 4 tbls of olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Additional lemon wedges and fresh dill for garnish

Rinse the trout under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Lightly season the inside of the trout with salt and black pepper.
Place a lemon slice and a sprig of dill inside each trout.
Drizzle the outside of the trout with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Arrange the fish in a roasting pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot, garnished with additional lemon wedges and fresh dill.
