Oven-baked Buns
Jam-filled buns with a sprinkle on top.

- 20 g fresh yeast
- 250 ml of warm milk
- 2 Eggs
- 500 g Plain flour
- 50 g melted butter
- 50 g sugar

- 20 butter
- 30 g all-purpose flour
- 15 g powdered sugar
- Filling jam

Directions
1. Into the container we put warm milk, add yeast and stir.
2. Remove 2 tablespoons of sifted flour and add it to the sourdough, stir.
From the measured sugar, remove one teaspoon and add it to the leaven. Let it swell.
4. Put flour, salt, sugar, eggs, melted butter and yeast in a bowl.
5. We knead the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
6. Often we knead it and divide it into 10 parts.
7. We shape each part into a patty and put the filling in the middle.
8. We form a ball and put the buns into a baking form lined with baking paper.
9. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with topping (mix all the ingredients).
10. Insert it into a preheated oven and bake at 180/25-30 minutes as needed until golden brown.
