New Year's Eve Chocolate Mousse Dessert
A delicious and rich chocolate dessert, perfect for the end of a festive New Year's Eve. This dessert is not too heavy and has a beautiful, deep chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
- 200 g bittersweet chocolate
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 Pinch salt

1. For the chocolate mousse, crumble the chocolate into a bowl and melt it in a bain-marie. Make sure that no water gets into the chocolate, as it will curdle.
2. Add the cocoa, sugar, and a pinch of salt to the chocolate and stir well.
Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the chocolate mixture.
4. Distribute the chocolatey New Year's Eve dessert into 4 dessert bowls and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until they are firm.
5. Decorate the chocolate mousse New Year's dessert with ornaments and lucky charms for the change of the year.
