Mushroom sauce with chicken
Recipe for creamy mushroom sauce with braised chicken.
Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast
- 250 g dried mushrooms
- 2 a piece The Onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1 l chicken broth
- Oil for toasting
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Paprika for seasoning

Directions
Cut the chicken breasts into smaller pieces. In a frying pan, fry the meat in heated oil until nicely golden. Season it well.
Soak the dried mushrooms in boiling water and leave them for about 30 minutes.
Clean and finely chop the onion and garlic. Add them to the meat and fry everything together.
Sprinkle the flour over the meat and onion, stir and let fry together for a while.
Drain the pre-prepared mushrooms (but do not pour off the water!) and add them to the meat. Sauté everything together for a while.
Finally, pour the broth and mushroom water into the pan. Stir everything together and let it simmer slowly for about 1 hour. The sauce should gradually thicken.
Serve the finished sauce with rice or dumplings.
