Dry Rub
- 4 tablespoon Chilli Powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
Meat
- 31⁄2 lb boneless pork shoulder roast
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Mix the dry rub ingredients together. Rub over the meat. Let sit for an hour.
