Mashed Potatoes with Pork Meat
A classic recipe that you will fall in love with as well. Mashed potatoes with delicious pork loin that will warm you up in cold days. The recipe is simple and will surprise you with its exceptionally tasty result.
Ingredients
Mashed potatoes
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- salt
Pork meat
- 1 kg pork tenderloin
- 1 piece Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
- 1 pcs Frying oil
- 1 pcs carrot
- self-rising flour

Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces and boil them in salted water.
When the potatoes are cooked until soft, we drain them and add milk and butter.
We will mash the potatoes into a fine puree.
Cut the pork meat, season it, sprinkle with garlic and sear on a pan from both sides.
Then we water it and cook for approximately 40 minutes with a finely chopped carrot.
Thicken the sauce with flour before the end of cooking.
