Marinated pork chops
Pork chops in a super marinade of red wine, honey, olive oil, garlic and soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs pork cutlets
- 1 pcs bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salts
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 100 ml olive oil
- 50 ml red wine
- 2 spoons With

Clean the cutlets and cut them into smaller pieces. Put them in a bowl.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well. I recommend mixing the noodles with your hands to ensure that all the flavours combine well. The meat should be fully covered with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, but ideally overnight. Be sure to stir the meat at least once during this time.
The marinated cutlets can then be prepared on the grill or in a frying pan. Grill them for about 5 minutes on each side.
