Mix the tomato paste with garlic powder, black pepper, mustard powder, sugar, onion powder, salt, and paprika.

In a pan, mix starch and water. Then heat up while mixing. When the starch has dissolved, pour it into the paste. Heat and mix.

Once properly combined, pour into a jar and pasteurize, by putting the full jar into boiling water for 10 minutes.
