1. Step
From the ingredients, we make a dough and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Then, we roll it out between 2 pieces of baking paper and cut out shapes.
2. Step
Bake for about 8-10min at 180° (depends on the oven).

Tips: As a sweetener, honey or maple syrup is enough, but everyone to their own taste. Plus, if we add about 2-3 spoons of carob, we will have beautiful chocolate cookies.
