Keto Low Carb Gluten Free Bread
This easy-to-make low carb, gluten-free bread is ideal for anyone on a ketosis diet or just searching for healthier options. It's hearty, filling, and great for sandwiches or toast. Enjoy a fresh slice without worrying about carbs or gluten.
Ingredients
- 200 gms of almond flour
- 50 gms of flaxseed meal
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1⁄2 Cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbls of olive oil

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs well, then add the almond milk and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ones, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
Pour the batter into a silicone bread pan or a greased regular bread pan.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick or knife inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
Let the bread cool for a while before removing it from the pan. Slice and serve once it's completely cooled.
