Juicy Roasted Chicken Thighs
This is a recipe for delicious and juicy roasted chicken thighs. They are the perfect main dish that can be served with your favorite side dish.

- 4 pcs chicken legs
- 4 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons rosemary
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare the chicken thighs. Use a sharp knife to make several cuts in them to better absorb the flavors.
In a bowl, mix sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, and olive oil until smooth. Then rub this mixture onto chicken thighs so everything is evenly covered.
Place the chicken thighs on a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 1 hour. During baking, regularly baste the thighs with the drippings from the tray to keep them juicy.
Remove the baked chicken thighs from the oven and let them stand for 10 minutes before serving.
