Juicy and Tender Oven-Baked Pork Loin
This is a simple yet delicious dish that can be prepared for a dinner. The pork loin is slow-cooked in the oven until it's incredibly tender and juicy. Serve with your favorite side dish for a complete meal.

- 1 part Pork loin (approx. 1.5 kg)
- 4 clove garlic
- 1 cdta coarse salt
- 1 cdta freshly ground black pepper
- 1 branch Fresh rosemary
- 1 branch fresh thyme
- 2 cdas olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In the meantime, chop the garlic and fresh herbs.
Season the pork loin with salt, pepper, garlic and chopped herbs.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork loin and sear on all sides until golden brown.
Transfer the pork loin to a baking dish and roast for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63ºC.
Remove the pork loin from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before cutting it. Serve hot.
