Indian chicken curry
Recipe for Indian chicken curry with ginger and yoghurt.

- 500 g chicken meat
- 1 spoon Curry
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs white yogurt
- 200 g rice
- 2 spoons Oils
- grated ginger
- ground paprika
- Salt and black pepper

1. Step
Wash the chicken breasts and cut into smaller pieces.
2. Step
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and add finely chopped onion. Fry it.
3. Step
Then add curry, turmeric, ginger and crushed garlic. Mix everything together thoroughly.
4. Step
Add the chopped meat and sauté it on all sides.
5. Step
After browning, add yogurt, salt and pepper. Stir and let simmer for about 20 minutes. The yogurt will give the sauce a creaminess and mellow the flavor of the spices.
6. Step
While the curry is simmering, cook the rice according to the package directions.
7. Step
Serve curry with rice.
