- 45 ml milk
- sunflower oil
- ground black pepper
- salt
- self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder

In a bowl, mix the yogurth and the milk.
Add the chicken, cover and store in the refrigerator for one day.

Cover the chicken with the flour mix.
In a frying pan, fry the chicken in oil at 180°.
Fry for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain and place on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
