1. Step

Slice the garlic, onion and green and red peppers.

2. Step

Slice the beef into medium threads and place in a mixing bowl.

3. Step

Add the salt, sugar, cooking wine and black pepper.

4. Step

Add 20 ml of water to the mixing bowl and mix all ingredients. Cover and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Place an iron steak plate over a flame and heat over medium heat. Add half a litre of oil to the wok and place one piece of beef at a time and fry for 10 seconds. Then, remove the beef from the oil and place it onto a dish.

6. Step

Leave about 2 Tbsp of oil in the wok and discard the rest. Add garlic and onion to the wok, and fry for a few seconds. Then, add the peppers and stir-fry for a minute.

7. Step

Add the beef and black bean sauce, and stir-fry for a minute.

8. Step

Serve and enjoy.
