- 115 g self-rising flour
- 75 g soft butter
- 30 g semolina sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Buttercream
- 75 g soft butter
- 170 g icing sugar
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Cream the butter and sugar together, then add vanilla, flour, and mix. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 20 minutes.

To make the filling, whisk the butter into cream, sift in sugar, and mix. Then add milk, vanilla, and combine.

Roll out the dough on a flour-dusted surface about 1 cm thick. Cut out circles, and make a smaller circle in the middle of half the cookies. Bake for 8 minutes.
